Acceptance of Terms

DropBee.au ("we", "us", "our") operates the DropBee website (dropbee.au) and the DropBee Chrome extension (collectively, the "Services"). By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use the Services.

These Terms apply to all users of the Services, including casual visitors and registered account holders.

About Our Services

DropBee is an independent property price tracking platform that monitors real estate listings on Domain.com.au and realestate.com.au. We detect and display price changes (drops and rises) over time.

Our Services include:

• Website — property price drop and rise data, suburb and state pages, market reports, and related analytics
• Chrome extension — a browser extension that displays price history overlays on property listing pages
• User accounts — the ability to create an account, subscribe to suburbs, save properties, and receive email alerts

We are an independent analytics platform. We are not a real estate brokerage, agency, or licenced financial advisor. We do not facilitate property transactions.

Data Accuracy

The property prices, addresses, listing details, and other data displayed on DropBee are sourced from publicly available real estate listings on third-party platforms. We aggregate and present this information for your convenience but do not create or control the underlying data.

• We rely on the accuracy of information provided by third parties, including real estate agents and property listing platforms.
• Inaccuracies may exist in the source data due to human error, outdated information, or incorrect data entry.
• Prices, availability, and listing details can change at any time without notice.
• You should independently verify all information before making any property-related decisions.
• We are not responsible for any errors, omissions, or inaccuracies in the underlying data.

User Accounts

You may create an account to access additional features such as your watchlist, saved properties, and email alerts.

When you create an account, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and current information, including a valid email address
• Keep your account credentials secure and confidential
• Notify us if you become aware of any unauthorised access to your account
• Be responsible for all activity that occurs under your account

We may suspend or terminate your account if we reasonably believe there has been any unauthorised access or misuse of the Services.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to, and not to allow any third party to:

• Interfere with or disrupt the Services, including servers, networks, or infrastructure
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Services, other accounts, or computer systems

Unless otherwise indicated, we own or licence all content, design, and intellectual property displayed on or used in the Services. This includes the DropBee name, logo, website design, data presentation, and software.

You may access and use the Services for your own personal, non-commercial use. You must not:

• Copy, reproduce, or distribute our content without our written permission
• Alter or remove any copyright, trademark, or ownership notices
• Create derivative works from our content
• Use our intellectual property to imply endorsement or affiliation without our consent

The property listing data displayed on DropBee remains the property of the respective source platforms and their contributors.

Agent Referrals

When you submit a buying or selling form on DropBee, we may introduce you to trusted local real estate agents who can help with your property needs.

• This referral service is free for you. Agents pay us a referral fee, not you.
• By submitting your details, you consent to being contacted by agents we refer you to.
• You are under no obligation to engage any agent who contacts you.
• You can request that we stop referring you to agents at any time by contacting us.

Privacy

We handle your personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which sets out what data we collect, how we use it, and your rights.

By using the Services, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described in our Privacy Policy.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, regarding the Services. The Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranty of any kind.

• We are not liable for any losses arising from your use of, or reliance on, the Services.
• We do not guarantee that the Services will be available at all times or free from errors.
